Our room designs have been formulated to accommodate kitchen appliances and cupboards, bathrooms, sauna and steam rooms, as well as home theaters and gymnasiums.

We also affiliate ourselves with interior decorators for certain projects so that the design and layout of the home compliments the owner's personal style and taste. We thus have knowledge and experience in preparing surfaces and décor as per requirement, co-ordinating finishes together with the installation of plumbing and electrical fittings, all in turn giving the home luxury, style and practicality for the owner.

We have been involved with landscapers, and have appointed landscapers at the customer's request. This has given us opportunities to show creativity in form in designing bases for water features, fountains and unique lighting (both internal and external), rock features etc; while also keeping function in mind and ensuring these designs can be utilized appropriately and with ease. We can therefore also design storm-water drains, and correct support structures for these marvels.

With regards to management, we have on offer additional services such as compiling Critical Path Analyses, bar charts, cost flow diagrams, the compiling of quotations that can include labour and material costs separately, and expediting of all aspects necessary and required to complete the project, as per the customers projected requirements. We also arrange for the submission of plans, compiled by ourselves, to the City Council for approval.

We are happy to amass architectural drawings anywhere across South Africa, subject to the scope of work involved. We are registered with the National Homes Builders Regulatory Council (NHBRC) as well as the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) and can offer numerous references on request.
