This company was registered in 1992 and has been performing the task of designing alterations and additions to existing residential homes; as well as designing new homes.

Since then, the recognition of various demands to project manage building operations, renovations to existing dwellings, the construction of new residential homes, and alterations and additions to existing residential homes, has led us to offer these building services to customers from 2002.

We have since, under the instruction from our civil and structural engineer, obtained soil tests from specialists, so as to enhance the existing support of foundations. We have taken off existing roofs and built double story accommodation and have constructed many concrete floors and roof slabs, fabricated wooden shutters for support beams, and vibrated considerable amounts of concrete on small to large projects.
