NuTec are cement fibre boards which are manufactured in various thicknesses of sheets. These sheets are durable and the surface can be finished with plaster, Tiling, painting, or cladding. The material can be applied to frames and can be used for inner and outer walls.

DOCUMENTATION AND PROCUREMENT

Obtain client’s approval. Finalise drawings for Council submission. Prepare documentation for local authority. Submit drawings and documents for Council Approval

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION 

Obtain offers for the execution of the works, award building contract, prepare and sign contract documentation

Stage Five

CONSTRUCTION

Owner to give Main Contractor possession of site. Issue drawings and documentation. Direct and control building contract. Inspect or appoint the Inspection of the works for conformity to contract documents. Issue Payment Certificates, Issue Certificate of Practical Completion. Assist in obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.

Stage Six

CLOSE-OUT

Preparation of necessary documentation to fulfil completion. Issue certificates related to Contract Completion. Provide client with as-built drawings and relevant and contractual undertakings by Main Contractor and Sub-Contractors where appropriate. Facilitate Project close-out, preparation and issue of necessary documentation to effect completion.
